My daughter sees Hannah here for a swim overuse-injury with her shoulders. Hannah is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and super-knowledgeable. Hannah is an ex-college athlete (swimmer also as a matter of fact) and knows her stuff. My daughter's shoulders are improving and almost pain-free. I have seen all ages benefitting from the staff's work during the month we have been going.

I have had chronic, episodic lower back disc herniations for about ten years, with each episode being worse than the last. In June of 2020 I herniated two lower lumbar discs and spent about 5 months in crooked agony with constant burning and numbness running down my entire leg. MRI scans showed severe herniations and I was even scheduled to have discectomies to try and repair the problem. Every movement was dominated by pain, every thought was consumed by the fear of pain, life was depressing.nnI WAS VERY SKEPTICAL going into Adam’s Sports Medicine in October of 2020. I thought that I already knew all the tricks to cure my episodes of back pain and nothing had worked. Brian and his team took the time to give me insight on the problem and got me thinking of different approaches to resolve the issue. They took the time and effort to address every detail of my pain with a vast array of different techniques.nnIt took about a month and a half of twice per week in seeing Brian and his colleagues before life began returning back to normal. I am now more educated and confident in exercise and maintenance of physique in order to prevent further episodes. I do know that if there is a future herniation, I will not hesitate to return to Adam’s Sports Medicine.nnHIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all.

I suffered an ACL injury a little over a year ago and have been working with Adams Sport Medicine and Physical Therapy throughout my recovery. I’ve worked with almost every physical therapist here and they all have been amazing and very helpful. They made physical therapy fun and I enjoyed seeing Gus, the cutest and best physical therapy dog ever, everyday.
