Team Rehabilitation Northville (7 Mile & Northville Rd)

I chose Team Rehab in Northville after my total knee replacement and it was the perfect place to begin my recovery. My personal therapists were Michelle and Kayleigh, but the whole staff knew my name within a couple of visits. Every exercise was tailored perfectly to my individual progress and they pushed me to achieve beyond what I believed I could do while encouraging all of my efforts. They were very accommodating with my schedule and it never seemed too crowded. The equipment is sanitized between uses and temperature checks are required for everyone who enters. I highly recommend Team Rehab Northville.

I am so glad I selected Team Rehab Northville. The staff is absolutely caring and kind. I have been going for a month. I had rotator cuff surgery and Mumford cuff. The workout plan has been great and my shoulder and arm have progress fabulously. Each staff member knows my name that surprised me and always available to assist. The facility is very nice roomy and they have private rooms should you feel uncomfortable. You won’t feel uncomfortable for long. I know the second day I felt very comfortable.

Thanks to the fantastic team at Team Rehab in Northville I was able to enjoy a run with my son on this gorgeous pre-spring day! Their knowledge, professionalism, dedication, and kindness make myself (and others) feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in the doors! You guys are the BEST!

This is an excellent rehab facility. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and works hard to make the patient’s difficult experience more manageable. Gavin is a fine DPT. He really knows his stuff. It’s very easy to ask him questions and get the answers you need. All of the techs are very helpful, especially at teaching the proper way to do the exercises. Brittany sets the tone for the facility with her Pam Beesley-esque friendliness at the reception desk. Good job all!!

I went to this clinic under the assumption that I would get a free consult. I had been calling around different physical therapy companies hoping to find an experienced women’s health therapist. When I called companies I briefly explained my situation and the companies that did a free consult invited me in to meet the physical therapist to see if they could address my issues, get an understanding of what’s going on and see if they would be able to help me.nnI was looking for the right therapist because with my first pregnancy I was in a lot of pain, Si issues,piriformis syndrome, sciatica and I just went to the first therapist that was recommended to me hoping that i would get some relief, not knowing that I could have found a women’s health specialist who specializes in pre and postpartum.nnWith this 2 nd pregnancy, my pain was even worse than the first time. I had hemorrhaged, need emergency surgery, and got hip surgery down the road after my first baby. Since I have an extensive health history it was the outmost importance to me to be treated by the right person!nnI went to this clinic for a free consult and found out much later that they billed my insurances. I called the clinic and the clinic director assured me that she was sorry for the mistake and would reverse the claim and not to worry.nnSome time goes by and I am told that the claim was not reversed, so I called the company back and they are now telling me that since it’s been so long they can’t do anything about it!nnNow I am stuck with a nice big bill for something that I was told I would not get charged for, and for something that I was told would be addressed and fixed!nnThey say they don’t remember talking to me, of course they wouldn’t, so much time has gone by! There are clinical notes, but when I asked if in the notes mentioned I was 8 months pregnant at the time, it does not...
