The WORST customer service ever. I had a Rx of syringes that I’ve used for over 2 years and this latest one was completely different and unusable. Not only they refused to correct it, they had the audacity to imply that I’m lying when their “computer” says it’s the same one I’ve always used. I’ve had to repeat myself over and over that I’ve never used that particular one they filled. They wouldn’t even call my doctor to clear it up. Whatever! I went to Walmart and filled it with the correct one albeit out of pocket. If you have a choice, don’t go here, they are rude and unprofessional.
