I hate to leave bad reviews and I barely do but I couldn’t do otherwise maybe someone will see my comments I need my medicine . I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for the past 2 weeks. Every time I call the is busy !!!??? I used to deal with this pharmacy long time ago and I stopped for this reason ; you can never get a hold of them, very frustrating. This time my doctor sent my medication to them by a mistake I’m assuming because it is still listed in my file . Medicine was sent to them January the 28 and since then I couldn’t get a hold of them it February 13!!!. I call them daily with no response and have no voicemail, all it says file is full!!!!!! I give Them zero star, they don’t deserve the one star.

Great pharmacy waiting isn't long to get your prescriptions and I believe they are taking new customers. I've dealt with them for over a year and never had a problem getting any of my medication.

Kelly Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever gone to in my life. They are very kind hearted people who treat you like family. I recommend them wherever that I go, because they are the very best at what they do. They all deserve 5 stars for their 5 star quality service!!! You could not ask for a better group of people to be around. So, if you want high quality service come to Kelly Pharmacy in Eastpointe! You deserve to be taken care of by the best!!

Great staffs and they’re fast ten minutes tops and you’re out. I went from pharmacy to pharmacy to fill my moms script but no one wanted to fill them then I went to Kelly’s pharmacy and there was this nice guy his name was Jose he treated me nicely and he filled it for me till this day my mom still goes there it been four years and we will continue use them. When we cannot make there they deliver to us for FREE!!!!!!!!!nnThank you Jose

Great people, fast service! Trustworthy! I started going to Kelly Pharmacy when Walgreens messed up my prescriptions not once but twice! They keep an eye out for when my prescriptions are due and since I can't drive, they deliver. They also have great prices for prescriptions (vitamins) that my insurance company doesn't cover.
