Small town feel great customer service. I grew up in a town where the local hardware store was owned by a family I attended high school with. It was great to go inside and pick up what you need and have a nice chat with familiar faces. This is the same feel that you get when you go into Ace hardware
What's not to love. Customer service 5 star, knowledge 4.5 stars, value for the money 4.5, extra points for inventory or having everything you need. Again a 5 star experience
Always helpful, always polite and knowledgeable. Excellent selection. I prefer coming to ACE stores rather than Home Depot or Lowe's because you can get in and out quickly without having to take an hour to walk the whole store.
Good products and good service. Wish they were more hardware and less frilly accessories!
Loved this newly remodeled Ace store. The employee that assisted me was extremely customer friendly. The store had the exact object that I needed. Very clean, with an atmosphere that invites you to browse.nThis Ace has so much more to offer besides hardware.
