Absolutely thee best place to go for hardware service and parts. I was searching for some valve stems that no one else seemed to carry. That's when another hardware store pointed me in their direction. Found the valves I was searching for and at a great price. This is true hardware done the old fashioned way. Thanks Gilbert's!

Older women behind counter was extremely rude towards customers and what seemed to be her coworkers, I quickly stopped by the nearest hardware store to pick up some supplies for a job and I was very surprised by how good the employees were and knowledgeable everyone was, but with how that lady acted at the register I highly doubt I would come back again. She ruined the store experience and I feel bad for the workers of the place that have to deal with that nasty attitude. If it wasn’t for the amazing selection of products and workers I would give a 0 but they surely deserve some stars.

Woman behind counter took time from eating lunch to help me. Was very determined to help find what I was looking for but to no avail. She had a great attitude and was very pleasant. Kudos to her!

The BEST hardware store in the world! They have everything, and if they dont have it, they WILL get it for you. The knowledge is amazing! This is the OLD School feel in a hardware store. Yes, you can still buy bulk screws and nails! Blair the owner is amazing and knows it all. He does great Youtube videos. They repaired my screen for my screen door and it is perfect. Thanks guys for all you do for the customers and the community.

Best hardware store around. Better selection than the big box stores and instant help upon entering. All the employees are great
