I waited a half hour without an appointment and gave up. I waited an hour with an appointment, and even after I was texted that somebody was available, nobody was available to help me. I guess they aren't interested in my business. A waste of time.
This is my bank. So I'm pretty partial to it. But they have good professional service here.
If you buy a money order, they can't clear it for over a week! Be weary of this bank. I will be closing my account on Monday along with my credit card.

Worst branch ever. I went to a banker who gave me a very hard time opening an account due to my last name change. Even though I had my marriage certificate and all proof of my name change, she seemed very confused and unsure of what to do. She stayed on the phone forever with someone else who was equally confused, I ended up going to the branch on Van Dyke, was in and out within 20 minutes, no problem or Hassel. They need better training
