Prices are a little high,nUnder Staffed,nnoticed they have a lot of expired nutrientsnI would definitely check the expirations dates on products before buying.nnI honestly can Say I don't care for the new Owners but them being the closest hydroponic store around me....nIt will do
Great customer service with a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to share as much information as they can on growing. Welcoming vibes and and great staff all around.
Not that I am mad but I did just stop by and they were not open though there was a car in the parking lot. All I'm saying if hours have been adjusted, even for today, there should have been a note on the window something on their website (which only lists lights for sale and nothing else.)
Very disappointing as I’ve spent a lot of money with this business over the years. Had 1 item that was under warranty and returned so the store could send in and get it replaced. Was supposed to take a week or two and now I have been trying to get ahold of the owner for 2 years to get a replacement. The owner I guess could care less about customers as he doesn’t even return a phone call.
