Went to this branch today. Waited over 30 minutes. Then, when I get in there the employee tells me that I am not able to insure my packages bc they are being shipped Media Mail. (This is incorrect). I ask to speak to the supervisor. Lisa comes over and begins to berate me and tell me I’m wrong. And that she isn’t overriding anything. (Without actually checking to see for herself). After I explain to her that I’ve done this many times she finally checks for herself and realizes I was correct. Even though I’m correct she continues to argue with me and tells me to “move along”. I have never met someone so unprofessional in my life and I can’t believe she is in a supervisory position at the post office.
Arbitrary limitations on how many people can be inside a specific area, as they line and pack into another area. The credit system has been down in the past, only accepting cash. Limited capabilities. Doors that do not operate with automation like they are supposed to. I was treated kindly by those working. So my experiences are relatively pleasant.
To whom it may concern, we have not had mail for the last 2 days! was expecting 2 packages to be delivered.! Why is Amazon able to deliver right to my front door put u.s.p.s can't put mail in a mail box? Street has been clear,driveway clear as you can see!nVery disappointed! Z
I have a tracking number 9405501206522008315415 indicating the my Priority Mail prepaid envelope has been in Taylor Post office for over 7 days I am in Florida waiting on some critical mail. Lets give this most dysfunctional government run branch another 25 BILLION to deliver the mail to us on a timely bases. The USPS is a total disgrace
This post office repeatedly will not deliver my mail to my address. The mail carriers keep putting my mail in the community mail box. I have a hardship letter from my doctor for my mail to come to my house. I haven't any way of getting my mail, for the last two weeks I have talked to different people at this facility and the problem still exist. I haven't received my mail since (2/5/21) Very unsatisfied customer.
