My item was shipped Feb 15, 21 and arrived at this post office on Feb 16. There it sat until it was pulled from the black hole and sent on to continue its odyssey until it finally was delivered on March 1st. My phone inquiry went unanswered, the eBay seller tried to get answers to no avail, just radio silence until the package miraculously arrived at my home 13 days after being “processed”. Based upon the reviews I have read this seems fairly common, which is a sad testament. Things should work better than this...
I wish I could give negative stars, but I cannot. This post office is the farthest thing from dependable you can get. I’ve had several packages that have been “in processing” for over two weeks. When you call it’s hard to get any information if you’re lucky then maybe your package will mysteriously get delivered 2-4wks after processing
Deserves no stars. Package has been sitting there a month. Over a month!!!! Already is labeled that has visible damage and was missent. By all means, they need to go. If you have a shipment anywhere around the Detroit area, just hand deliver it. Its not worth trusting this post office. THEY SUCK!!!!!
This is by far the slowest post office. I don’t blame the employees because they are over worked but I have 7 packages sitting there waiting to get delivered. 7 packages! I have ordered stuff way after these packages were ordered and they already came 3 days ago. When I see my stuff is in Alan park I usually go to the store and get what I ordered and send what I bought back or I just try to forget about it because I know in the next few weeks I will get it if they don’t lose the package. Allen park post office has lost many of my packages! So in a nut shell Alan park post office sucks!
You guys suck! We're is my package. 21 days on a 2day priority shipment & it's still setting there. They should close you down for good. No one sucks worse than you guys . I promise you that. :(
