I went with a few friends to lava lounge 2 and it was a great experience! Thaghreed our waitress went above and beyond! She made sure we had everything in a timely manner and that stood out to us! She was helping other staff members to ensure all the customers were happy. She truly cares for her job and she is extremely passionate about what she does! This hookah lounge has the best hookah and food! They have amazing customer service as well! This is the only place that truly cares for their customer’s from what I have experienced at other hookah lounges. If you are looking to have a good time with your friends, then this is the place for you! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! I will recommend this hookah lounge to all my friends! and family! I give Lava Lounge 2 a true 10/10!!!

Good ambience. Opens until 2 AM if you want to dine in late. Their Shawarma is good but rest of the food is okay. Also try their Yemeni tea and Lava cake for desert. They also make one of the best hookah. Mint with watermelon flavor is what we usually order. Their service is good despite busy. Kudos to the servers!

Lava Lounge Too has really good quality of food and the amount of food that you get is worth the price. The hookahs are okay, nothing to brag about. The issue with this place, it is poorly ran. Not to many employees, which causes terrible service on a busy night. Also, in all honesty, enforce a strict uniform policy. Every time I'm there, all I see and hear is men checking out the waitresses and women degrading them. The waitresses shouldn't wear leggings and other inappropriate clothing in an establishment like this. Hire more workers, pay them correctly, treat them correctly, and you will have excellent customer service.

Great food, great service and great management! Ali hovered around and made sure constantly that we were enjoying our experience and food. Genuinely great service and great experience!
