1/24/21 Ordered a #10 and two #9's with peppers and extra oil. Both of my #9's had no peppers and one had extra oil. The bread was hard and crunchy, not fresh at all. For the cost of these subs they should be fresh and built correct. I took one to work today it was the worst of the two for crunchy bread. This is not the first time I have not received what I have paid for at this location. I don't want to start checking my subs before they are wrapped, like at a fast food drive through. I will not be visiting this location anymore not worth guessing what I have after opening.
This jimmy johns location is absolutely terrible! The employees are rude and every. single. time I have ordered from this location our delivery took at least 40 minutes and we have never had an order come correct. Something is always wrong. I will never be ordering from this location again. I’ll drive to another location or order from another restaurant completely. Corporate really needs to step in and re-evaluate the employees and service given from this store.
I’ve never had a bad experience until today, It was the Food I ordered a Club LuLu and it was terrible the bread was definitely old and very hard. I ordered a Powerade that was completely watered down. I waited 45 minutes and spent my money for this terrible lunch I’m not happy at all
Good food but a little pricey compared to other sub shops.
They don't like to answer the phone when you call 5 times in a row apparently. Terrible business/location.
