I called to make an appointment for a service call due to the battery not charging. The owner immediately suggested that I probably need to replace the entire generator! I called Specialized Power Service in Brighton, and had the defective charging switch replaced along with a tune up. $481 and assurance that my generator is looking good and in great shape is priceless!

Called Michigan Generator Services inc last winter because my back up generator did not start. They sent a tech to look at it. After realizing he didn’t know what he was doing he took it back to their office. I get a call from them saying that we don’t know what the problem is but we will let you know in advance before we do anything. Every time I called them they were lost. Today I get a bill for 690 ud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02...
