The magistrate heard a case against two defendants being sued who weren’t even present (someone was present to speak on behalf of one of the defendants, the other defendant never showed up). The officer who was present even told the person that was substituting for one defendant that the person being sued had to be present for the case to be heard. The magistrate still went through with the case even after being told that the person that was substituting for the defendant wasn’t even being sued and was subbing for someone else. What a joke.

I've been calling for two weeks to get an answer on what the offense code on my parking ticket is and no one has called back. When I try to leave messages for the ticket department the mailbox is full, the online system to pay tickets takes 15+ minutes to go through (more if you have a longer first and last name), and to pay a ticket as a non-resident of the city you have to pay a service fee otherwise they suggest me driving 3+ hours to drop it off. Completely unhelpful system on all ends.
I called hundreds of times and they still won’t pick up the phone.. I go to them and they say “you gotta keep calling that number” is this some type of joke.?
Nobody ever answers the phones and if someone does they don’t wanna work they just transfer you to someone else who never answers then you leave a voicemail and hope someone will call you back. Ridiculous...
