Under no circumstance do a mortgage with this company. No transparency. They had no way to service my simple refinance, and now they are not transferring my payments to the new servicer jeopardizing my credit.
The fact that I cannot access my money because they thought it necessary to update the routing numbers & send out new debit cards that DONT WORK is outrageous. We are in a pandemic & have bills to pay! It takes them on average 30 minutes to answer the phones, then no one has answers. Its ridiculous!
