Emily and Crystal are wonderful. They are helpful and kind. They are super busy here, and I can see why. I highly recommend this bank.
I waited patiently for 39 minutes and when I got to the teller, they told me they couldn't help me change my address and referred me to the mobile app which I had already attempted to use. Then he tried to tell me I needed to make an appointment to change my address and that I would have to wait a week for such appointment. He didn't seem to know what the process is to change an address and seemed bothered that I would ask him. COVID has been a poor excuse for a bad customer experience. How hard is it to ask people waiting in the extremely long line if they should be on the line? You can do better.
You got Grego I find the Bank quite good the Staff is respectfull polite trying to do their best Because of the Virus things are longer like lines wait time to see tellers plus appointments yet if we keep are patience we would have good Safe time Yet I would like the Drive through reopend for the Virus the people could go through safer that did not need Appointments
