Very rude, unprofessional customer service. I guess that is why they are closing this branch. The receptionist can be very mean and has strong attitude!!!
I. Will never use this bank ever again because mine n my husband checks never got posted to our account
Being a bank customer, I went in and asked for a refi mortgage loan. I was directed to a mortgage person, who was not at the branch. Later, I got ahold of the person, who worked for multiple branches, but they appeared to be busy or detached. After requesting an estimate a 2-3 times, and after submitting all requested paperwork, I got no reply. I still have no estimate and no contact. The bank is alright, but their loan person appears to have a fault in providing loan estimates upon requests, and in returning customer communication in a timely self-sufficient manner.
Totally not a professional bank. Try to avoid it
They have a new manager at this branch and she is very very rude and unprofessional to say the least will not give them my business
