Horrible customer service! I called them before I opened an account and asked the lady who answered me if I can deposit the money in cash to get their promotion and she said yes. I came the second day and talked to Sandra Jones who also confirmed that I can deposit the money in cash to get the promotion in addition to her talking to her manager Kevin who came to the desk we were in and also confirmed that I can deposit the money in cash to get the promotion. After three weeks, Sandra called me and said I'm not eligible for the promotion!! which opposes what the lady I called, Sandra and Kevin told me!! They don't know how banking works. They should learn how to talk and act as humans before they even get hired. Had to switch to Bank of America because of their terrible customer service.
This bank is falling apart, there is always something with them, long wait, they don’t always have enough cash or certain bills. Needs new management
Hire some more tellers. It’s unacceptable to be here for longer than 30 mins!!
Shame on you as branch manager to treat long term Bank of America Clint with disrespect. I’m surprised.
Slowest branch and always crowded compared to other B of A in the area. Always a long wait.
