Great bank I’ve been dealing with for years. Always a positive experience. Hamid the manager has put together a great staff and who are always so helpful and accommodating. He leads his team by example and it definitely shows how passionate he is about his work.

Opened an essential checking account. I was charged $8.00 service charge. Called them and they said to avoid service charge you need to have a balance of at least 1500. I deposited money and had 1800. I got charged another $8 service charge. I called and they said you need to maintain an average of $1500 counting the initial month I opened account. Had they told me this before, would have saved me time and money.nnHowever, from the first day I opened my account they assigned me a bank agent that have called me couple of time to follow up on any questions/help I needed! Good bank
I've had some bad expereinces with this bank, first they put the wrong account and routing number on a voided check, then I call multiple times and no one answers. After the 6th called someone finally answered but, I've been on hold now for over 20mins. I called back again and now no one is answering my call, but you can out me on hold for over 20mins!!!! I will be closing my account. Poor customer service
