staff is always nice and patient i prefer this branch among others lol
2 different times I tried to open up an account. Both times I couldn't, was told need to make an appointment,and then another try I have to go to another bank cuz they have 3 people ahead of me and i needed to open account today. This bank needs to get employees desperately .I am going somewhere else that will take my money and business

When trying to deposit money on to my account, the ATM ate my money and did not indicate that the money was deposited. When I contacted the branch that day, the representative said that the ATM just does that sometimes and that the money should deposit, but by the next business day it still hadn't. I called again the next day and the branch this time said that they don't balance their own ATM so there's nothing they can do. If I wasn't cancelling my TCF account soon anyway due to their lack of convenient locations, this would be enough to leave the back for me. But now it's just another indication as to why I should be making the move.
