They are amazing! They went above and beyond for us we came in 15 minutes before closing time to open an account and they welcomed us with open arms we were not rushed we offered other products they treated us as though they would have had we come during business hours! I watched the staff work together kindly and quickly to close up the establishment was tidy it’s my family’s new branch for sure!!

So I have been a member of this bank for 10 years and have had some minor issues in the past but received my stimulus check and for some reason they sent a paper check instead of direct deposit. So me and my wife have different banks no biggie but they would not cash or deposit my check unless she was standing there and I asked why is it different to accept a direct deposit like you have so many times in the past with her name on it also and he answer was rushed and made zero sense... common sense should play a role but this branch sure is uncommon with common sense...

Kind of honestly really disappointed with my bank recently I’ve had my account here with comerica for like 2-3 years and when I wanted to apply for a loan to get a car with them they wanted to charge me 100 dollars for application which I think is the most ridiculous thing if I wanted a loan for money because I need it for a car why would I want to spend money with not even knowing if it’s a forsure acceptance other banks do not charge this fee and this is supposed to be my bank they are supposed to help me but it seems like they are useless. I also wanted to get my recent bank statements two months and they wanted to charge me 7.50 per page this is seriously ridiculous if I bank with you you should be willing to give me my information I need.

Tried to make a deposit for my Husband on my way to work, the teller was not very helpful. He was at a construction site and i forgot to get is acct.#, but had my id with same address and all other info. But she wouldn't take my deposit...ud83dude12
