Staff at this office is amazing! Always helpful and informative. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because parking around the post office is difficult.
The staff Todd and John provide excellent customer service.
Poor service started December 2015. Wont deliver my boxes to the door or put them in the mailbox if they fit ( i have a jumbo box). I spoke with the Post Master and from what I got out of the deal is they can't or don't want to handle the new Amazon Prime contract. I tried to work out a deal so I wouldn't have to drive to the post office twice a week however the Post Master wouldn't budge and told me there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't even try to work it out with me.
I was staying in this town for a few months for school. In several online orders, I screwed up my shipping address and zip code. These guys went out of the way to help me track the wayward packages down, so I really appreciate it. Thank you so much :) .
Todd is really trying his best but I can tell he needs some more vacation time. Please allow him to take some time off he needs to let off some steam. I can tell by the way he vigorously tapes my package up while staring into my eyes. Additionally, I can tell by my third eye that his chakra is tainted.
