Well I have to say I have a split review. First and foremost the employee that waited on me today her name was Amy and I would give her 10 stars if I could. I myself have many years of experience being a manager and running stores. Amy was running around doing everything. She worked her behind off today. She has excellent customer service. While the other 2 woman did absolutely nothing to help her. I felt so bad for Amy I had to speak up & tell the manager Melissa I believe her name was. who has no business being a manager and no business dealing with customers. She knows nothing about how to run a store & obviously doesn't care. I'd love to know who owns this place and speak with them directly. Amy should be the manager and Melissa should be fired immediately. However the food was good so no complaints there.
We was there within 10 minutes of calling and the pizza was cold, wings cold and looked like they had been reheated. Ordered crazy bread with sauce...no sauce! Very disappointed!!! It use to be good..what happened? $24 wasted as it went in the garbage. You can't call and complain..they don't answer the phone it just keeps ringing
People there are helpful and very nice. Food is great also
I'm finding more and more of that whether or not you order a specialty pizza or you order the hot and ready pizzas you get the same quality. For example I ordered a pepperoni mushroom then crossed and I asked if they could put toppings to the edge, a simple request, and they said that they could not do it.
Great pizza either already ready or made very quickly :)
