Doesn't take responsibility for damages caused by land. All I can say is before you buy a home here make sure you check out the land and make sure water drainage is good and your lot is leveled or they might just tell you that your home is shifting do to your roof being to heavy. Oh!!!! Don't forget to make sure your home is tied down. Hire someone to check out, cause better to be safe then sorry. The sorry part is that this company does not care. If buying in back be aware was a swamp at one time and very soft.

My Grandparents live in this community and have for over 10 years. They love it, the neighbors are so nice and friendly, the Community management team is so patient, friendly and knowledgeable! My grandfather even sees deer behind his home every night and he gets so excited to see them! Great place to live, and always very well maintained!

Lori and Rachel were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Very organized: paper signing went fast. Nice quiet well maintained park. Highly recommend.

I like this park, it's kept up very nice and is a lot larger than you would imagine. It even has a little creek that runs through it. Peaceful place to live.
