I was not happy with the service, prices or the size and price of the awful popcorn you put your own butter and salt on and get one refill. The seat as well was not intended for bigger people. Not a very good experience at all.
Manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable as a manager he needs to learn some people skills. As he told me his age (60) maybe he is too old to be working with the public. I will never recommend or go to this movie theater. I will drive the extra 20 minutes either to Bay City or Birch Run.
Great time. Very clean.
Super friendly staff. I loved that it wasn’t crowded but I’m sure that’s not good for business. Quick to service us. Sound quality was good and screen. But I’ve had better experiences for the same price. Either way still a great option for a movie.
I called to ask a simple question and he was cocky for no reason. That’s not good service for someone asking a question that’s posted everywhere.
