I was helped right away! The team member walked me to the item I needed and put it on the flatbed for me.

We bought some laminate flooring recently and scheduled measurement and installation. The measurement contractor didn't communicate properly with the installation contractor; we told him about several issues and he didn't pass that information along, as the installation contractor said he should have. The installation couldn't be done, wasting lots of time and effort. I had to take time off work for this, it was a very frustrating experience. Lowe's and their contractors need to communicate better with each other. To their credit, Lowe's took the flooring back and refunded my money for both the flooring and installation.

EDIT DEC 22,2020. Today I received a call from a gentleman in the mill work department. He called to apologize for the issue with the doors. I did cancel my order and was refunded and I also purchased doors at a different store. But I wanted to update that at least I got a call apologizing. They are also mailing a $50 gift card. Now that doesn't help with my doors. But it was nice to be heard and given a call. I originally had a 1 star and would have been zero if I could. But I updated based off the phone call today. Much appreciation for that call. Original review: No communication on orders call and get poor customer service. I got told wait till 8pm because it could still come. I ordered $1600 in 8 interior doors and another $400 on a custom blind for are picture window. First my order delivery got pushed an extra week. No call to tell us nothing. I had to call to find out myself. Now a week later still no call on delivery call the store they still haven't received my doors to deliver in 1 day from now. Can't get answer on status of doors nothing. Then my blind was suppose to be here today and nothing I called store they can't give me a status can't explain where my product is right now nor when I will get it. I called corporate and they couldn't give me any information on my order or status. So I get to sit back and hope my $2000 order shows up. This is unacceptable. Had no issue taking my money but now have no answer for where my stuff is. I would recommend you place your order with a different store or company. I will be going somewhere else for now on. I would give them a zero star if I could.

I love shopping at Lowe's. They take back items without giving you third degree, the store is clean and there's always someone to help me. I buy all of my appliances and flooring at Lowe's.
