Made the mistake of getting round pizza instead of deep dish. Round pizza here at Jets are just a step above Little Ceasar's Hot n Ready pizzas but yet for double the price. Wont do that again.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a medium Jet10 and had literally 4 pieces of ham on it.. A couple pieces had no cheese. And with hamburger and sausage, I might have had 10 pieces combined... I didnt see any onions and only 2 mushrooms.... I took a picture of it, but I couldnt post it... I was on my lunch break from work and didnt have time to go back.. Never again will I go there...

Tried a pizza with cauliflower dough base which was lovely; very little difference between that and a pizza with the normal flour dough base. Would buy again.

I have ordered from this location multiple times with no issues. Just today I placed an order around 10am for delivery around 12pm. At 11:59am I received a call stating “they won’t get the order delivered by the delivery time”. I stated as long as it could arrive by 12:30pm (a hour hour after the scheduled delivery time) that would be fine. The individual on the phone stated “well we can’t guarantee that”. I asked about cancelling the order and I was told “yup” and I was hung up on. I understand the restaurant being busy and delivering late, but I ordered 2 hours ahead of time. Plus, I offered accepting the delivery a half hour late. I also did not appreciate how rude the individual was on the phone, as well as being hung up on. I will not be ordering from this Jets again.
