Whoever was making subs on 4/5/2021 was NOT wearing a hair net and I’m pretty sure I didn’t order a hairy sub. Disgusting. Do better.
This is one of my sons fav places but yet the last couple times ive ordered they forgot the cookies.. it may not seem like a big deal but spending over 2 dollars for a cookie is a deal to me.. my son is owed 3 cookies from 2 different orders smh

This location is definitely better than the S. Michigan store at this point. Open earlier, closes later. Had an issue and reached out. The owner was quick to reply, apologize, and make it right. Store was very clean and adequately staffed.
