Domino's Pizza

I was charged 24$ for a 13$ pizza. When I called the manager I was told there was nothing they could do, i should call corporate. They told me the manager should have taken care of it immediately . They would call her and she will call me. 24 hrs later no phone call. I called the store. Again the manager told me to call corporate, the order was canceled in the computer and there is nothing she could do. She told me to call my bank and see if they could help me! So they canceled my order but still charged me? After I called corporate 3 times they called back to apologize and they will refund my entire amount. I feel the store manager should have handled this from the beginning instead of me making me do the leg work. The store can charge my card but they cant refund my card? I feel this is terrible customer service on the stores part . I dont know what their manager manages...

Ordered my food at 820 tonight. Its not 1055 pm and I finally get a notification saying it delivered. I look outside and there is no pizza or delivery person. Phone has been busy all night so I cant even talk to someone about my issue. Literally was just robbed by this place lol

This place was an absolute joke. I have never written a review on google but, especially not a bad one. I have worked in customer service almost six year now so I get what it’s like. We placed an order online and the deliver said 38-48 minutes. After 65 minutes we called and they said our pizza just went into the oven (this is 30 minutes after the app told us the pizza was in the oven). The manager was disrespectful and gave us a lot of attitude.We the asked why the time was way off and why we weren’t informed the wait was going to be so long and the manager told us there was nothing they could do about it.

LIFELONG DOMINO'S CUSTOMER LOSTnnAbsolutely the worst experience I've had at a Domino's ever. Ordered 2 pizzas, a sandwich, and boneless chicken wings for delivery. We get the text saying our delivery was on the way, we watched the gps tracker go all over town, then back to the store. More than once. After an hour of watching the GPS car make deliveries and return to the store, we call and are told that one of our pizzas were dropped and had to he remade (long after getting the text saying the driver was originally otw), but our order was now really otw. Right....nn30 more mins later our order gets there, (we live 5 mins away) but the chicken wings are missing. We call and explain, and are essentially told that we were lying. They wanted to ask the driver when he returned making even more deliveries. We go up to the store to show what we were given and again, in front of all these other people are told we were lying, and would have to wait an additional 45 mins bc the rude manager Sarah said she put the 4 items in the bag herself, and other orders that came after ours now took precedence. Poor management skills. Should also be noted she tried to avoid talking to us when we arrived, refusing to look at us.nnAfter she said she put the food in herself, we asked then maybe why not ask your driver what they did with the wings? The manager Sarah smirked at us and told us to leave before she called the cops. It should be noted that we tipped very well, even tipped more than the dang wings cost which should have proven we were telling the truth... smh. Sarah was rude, laughed and smirked in our face, and threatened to call the police on us because we wanted a refund. Also, we have cameras in our front lobby that showed the driver only deliver 3 items, not 4.nLIFELONG DOMINO'S CUSTOMER LOST.

My order was late. 3 pizzas we're not hot. The other 2 the dough was raw or a little raw don't order pan pizza unless you order well done.
