I ordered delivery at 6:24 pm. At 7:13 pm the order was still not “Out for Delivery” on the tracker. When I called, the young man told me it was out for delivery. When I said that the tracker does not indicate that, there was some conversation where he was telling someone else that he couldn’t find my order. Eventually he came back on and said it was on the counter and was next for delivery. When I asked how long, he wasn’t sure. I told him I would be there in the next 10 minutes to pick it up and to please remove the delivery charge from my order. When arriving to pick up, they again seemed unsure of where the order was, but after some bumbling around, finally located it. When asked about the removal of the delivery charge I was told they did.... they in fact did not, so I paid for a delivery I picked up myself. From the time I ordered until the time I arrived back home it took an hour and 20 minutes... not so Freaky Fast.

Service was really bad. Called placed order said it would be 40 mins A hour later called them up to see where my order was and it was still there .They told me it was on it's way right now. Took them 15 mins to make a 5 mins drive. 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches. On good side food was good and driver was nice.

Horrible service. I called in my order and had to wait outside for over 20 minutes. Two other customers arrived after me and received their orders first. When it did come they said that my order was sitting there but they forgot to bring it out to me. Not ok. And all they said was, “thank you for your patience.” Sorry, I won’t be back to this location ever again.
