This county does not care about the safety of the children. They don't investigate anything properly and children are DYING because of this. This system is terribly flawed. I am in the process of contacting news stations all over Michigan to tell my story so that everyone knows how terrible this county is. If anyone has any information or would like to be part of an interview please contact me immediately at [email protected] cannot singly fight the system but if we team up they'll have to listen to us! Worst customer service ever nobody answers the phone and you talk to a robot the whole time.
I gave 1 star only because the option for 0 stars wasn't available. Their availability for contact is Impossible for anyone that works. Honestly who has the time for a face to face stop in Tuesday-Thursday 9-3? They need to be more realistic with forms of communication i.e. PHONE!!!
I've submitted an address change by mail five times, and twice in person. They still have it wrong. Sometimes I don't get notifications. Missed one court date so far because I never found out about it. Every single complaint here is valid, and I've personally experienced every situation listed here.
Awful employees who have been trained to be robots that have 0 knowledge or effort to help.
