Both experiences here were fantastic, especially the over-the-phone service! As someone who is unfamiliar with the whole banking process, they helped me out tremendously and went out of their way!nnMichael and Kristy (? I believe.) really made the process much easier for me!
This branch has been so wonderful, all the tellers know my name, customer service is so Great! Had a couple problems however, no matter who I went to they could help solve the problem. They do a wonderful job here!
Wonderful people. BUT lately the ATM has been down leaving me to drive to the other side of town it’s beginning to get ridiculous.
I am always treated well at this bank, they are fast and courteous!
