My wife and I loved our experience at this gym. The instructors were knowledgeable and eager to meet each student wherever they are in their development. Mike (owner) and his family are very involved and you can feel the family-focus when you're there. This is also a great place for members of the military to improve their combatives training. Classes are well thought-out. Each time they had a guest instructor it was an event and you don't want to miss one. I moved out of state but Hidden Valley is exactly what a fight / MMA gym should be. While I was there, I trained Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Judo. The Judo classes were far-and-away my favorite.
Great place with awesome people
Very friendly place. Never felt like they were making fun of me or treating me less because I did not have as much skill.
Knowledgeable instructors that help you work with your strengths. Highly recommend people do the free week trial!
