Every single person impressed me. They did absolutely everything that they could for my dog and made sure that I was informed the entire time. I knew up front how much everything was going to cost which I appreciate. Everyone was polite and friendly and didn't get frustrated with me every time I called. I would recommend them to anyone looking for both a regular vet or an emergency vet, 100%.

Was in Richmond visiting my son and my dog began not feeling well and needed to be seen quickly because he is a diabetic. I took him to AAC Animal Hospital and he was seen very quickly. The receptionist took all of our info and passed it on to the technician and the doctor. He received an evaluation and the doctor called me with the diagnosis. I was told up front what the estimated cost for treatment would be and was allowed to make my decision for plan of treatment. Lauren, the technician, and Dr Kristy, both were phenomenal at keeping me updated on what was going on. Dr Kristy took the time to explain everything to me and didn't seemed rushed to get me off the phone. That was greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone at AAC, for taking good care of my boy (and me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our dachshund puppy, Rosebud, was in tummy distress on a Sunday so our regular vet was closed but recommended bringing her here. It was well worth the hour drive. They did xrays and tests and confirmed that Rosebud likely had an obstruction. They explained all my options and prices to me and we made the decision to go ahead with surgery. Everyone was so friendly and treated my baby like their own. It was very reassuring to us. The surgery was successful and Rosebud was ready to go home the following afternoon. They explained all the take home instructions and were just amazing. They saved my baby's life and I will definitely recommend them to all the pet parents I know. :)

I trust them whole heatedly which is not something that I normally do with anyone. They have earned it. They are honest, caring, courteous, hardworking, and professional. I wouldn't want my baby in the hands of anyone else.

As usual, Dr. Allison Connor is wonderful, not to mention Emily, the vet tech who is too. This pandemic is hard on everyone, especially when you can't be in with your furbaby. But, they keep you updated and answer your questions. The staff are super and they know I love them. It's awesome to have them when we need them!!!
