Repeatedly contacted and told prescription was ready to pick up, and then when I showed up took anywhere from a half hour to an hour before it was actually filled.

Received a text that my prescription was ready to pick up. Went to pharmacy yesterday and the person said that she couldn’t give it to me until tomorrow. I came back today and now they tell me that they don’t have the medicine and that it will be Monday at 2 before they will have the medicine. Communication is terrible. I know it’s difficult times but the lady yesterday could have told me Monday and don’t send a text stating it’s ready for pickup if it’s not.

People need medication because of a sickness. Waiting two days or more for a prescription is unacceptable. You MUST do better.
