Great service rep helped out very much vs horrible service I got from Oakleys. Rep did great job informed about me about their military discountsnAnd also gave me a protective case and helped me find not one but two pair sunglasses for great price! Will definitely be back

Store hours 10-9, December 28th drive up from Metro Detroit 8:30 and the store is closed with the employees in the store. Tried to call no one picks up, I guess the company doesn’t need money. If you could give -5 stars this store would get it. I never do reviews but this is horrendous customer service, the employee even looked at us as we tried to come in with both doors locked and didn’t even bother to come out, just horrible customer service!
Jeremy and Hunter really provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever received in a store. They went above and beyond in helping me find a brand new pair of RayBans that fit perfectly. They also went above and beyond in helping me find a solution for a pair of glasses I needed repaired. Highly recommend shopping in store with these two.
They had good discounts during the thanksgiving week. Obv has all the latest styles.
