I recently switched from Meijer to Kroger pharmacy in Richmond because we live closer but after how rude I was treated last Monday I will never be back to that pharmacy again. The lady who helped me was unbelievably rude when I asked if my insurance was going to cover my medication she said “well it’s only $6 but we can add your insurance next time” it was actually $6.99 but I just stood there shocked as she hesitantly added my new insurance card and it WAS covered. She was so annoyed at having a customer and she was openly complaining that she was asked to move to help out in the drive through area. It was so unprofessional and made me feel like I was a total inconvenience for filling my meds there as I was very sick waiting on an antibiotic.

Not too bad. I've never encountered any staff member that has been rude like everyone else seems to have experienced. They all have been friendly. My prescriptions are usually ready when they say they'll be ready. I do however have a problem with them not notifying me via text (like I have set up on my account) to let me know when my prescriptions are ready. I always have to call and it takes quite a few rings before they answer.

Ive bought insulin and syringes here for over 25 years. I just wanted to pick up syringes today but new store policy now is if you don’t buy insulin here you can’t buy syringes??? Really WTH Kroger!!! You just disrespected me and I’m not pleased! I’ll never help you pad your pockets via my insulin prescription again!!! Not only that, but to refuse a 40 year diabetic access to his diabetic supplies is a disgusting policy! How dare you!!! If I could use less then one star I would!
