Was a great visit...and Jackson was very helpful.
They have a good store but one of their employees was very rude. My friend and I were laughing about something we had done earlier and the women looked at us and asked me very rudely if she could help me! She assumed we were laughing at her without evening having any knowledge of what we were talking about!

Great experience shopping at this American Eagle location! Employees were great & helpful while also following the safety guidelines making sure the customers & themselves are staying safe. Lots of selection & great deals!
Before the pandemic I loved this place, but they now have a new set of employees who are very strict about every social distancing guideline, which is great, but the environment is very stressful and stiff. Employees have no interest in talking to you even to help you, they watch your every move even when you are just in the dressing room, and I wasn’t even allowed to stand outside of the door of my friend’s dressing room, I had to wait in the middle of the store and the employees were rude about it. I think they have very cute clothes but maybe try a hollister if you are looking for workers that know how to be safe and friendly.
