Rachel the store manager was incredibly patient and kind. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Although it took us 2 hours to get there, I would drive back to support this particular store because of their amazing customer service and employees. Thank you, Rachel!
Employees were very helpful. Nice selection of clothing and pretty good prices.
Clearance sales offer good deals (obviously with a more limited selection) and staff are readily available if you need assistance.
I buy clothes from Express pretty frequently, I just wish they had a better representation of their menswear in stock. Express has a dozen different fits of shirts and stuff but they don't carry as much of the slim or athletic fit in the store. If you don't find what you want there, check the website.
