Love ILKB in Sandy! It's such an open and non-judgemental environment. The trainers are super nice and know you by name. 100x better than any other gym I've been to!
ILoveKickboxing has seriously helped my dreams come true!! Such fun and awesome full body workouts every time! The instructors are great and get to know you by name, highly recommend!
I love this place they motivate you so well, everyone is so nice and non-judgemental. They have great instructors who talk you through everything and help you stay safe but also kick butt! They are pretty clean for a gym and have a nice bathroom. This is honestly the best workouts I've had in a long time and they are fun! Everyone is there for the right reasons and help you if you don't understand things. Overall it's a great atmosphere to be in.
I would suggest going to either Sunday or Monday classes with Grange he is so energetic and has a unique way of reaching the class adding some yoga into it. Saturdays are also fun for survival Saturday. Mondays are my favorite.
The instructors and staff here are phenomenal!!! They all really helped me feel welcome and pushed me to reach my goals. The classes are challenging, fun, and great for all levels (I was very much a beginner). I also highly recommend taking a class from Grange. He combines yoga and kickboxing in the coolest way! 😎
This place is so much fun! I love to workout but have a hard time staying motivated! The coaches here are so great at keeping you going! They have great music and pump you up! Plus burning up to 600 calories a class makes me feel great!
