The website will time out after 15 minutes. If you don’t have all of your insurance information or if you do something slightly incorrect such as accidentally miss spell your last name, it is difficult to back up and fix it if you don’t notice it right away. If there is one slight thing missing from your application you have to figure out what the heck it is because it will not tell you. For the elderly or for those who are not computer savvy, timing out after 15 minutes is extremely frustrating. Furthermore it will give you suggested days to get your test whether or not there are available appointments on those days. It also does not let you know that if you will come for the test with your spouse who is on the same insurance, it is unnecessary to get a second appointment. It would be helpful to know that because it is virtually impossible to schedule two appointments close together. You have to get off the website and start all over to get your next appointment. In my opinion, very poorly thought out and poorly designed website.
