Be very careful renting their buildings. They are extremely strict about the condition the facilities are left in. We rented a unit for a birthday party, and spent an hour and a half cleaning before we left. We received a notice that they were keeping the deposit and putting us on a do not rent list because we left 15 minutes late and there was a little glitter on the floor. We never even used glitter so if that was the fact it had to be minimal at best. I felt their actions were harsh so I contested it but they wouldn't budge. I asked if they had any photo evidence of the mess but, of course, they didn't. Additionally, they had told us initially that they had 13 tables to use. When we got there we found that 4 were broken forcing us to rent extra tables from another location.
