This is my go-to McDonald's. I regularly go there for breakfast. They are always fast and efficient. I always get treated well as a customer, and many times a staff member takes a few extra seconds to make conversation. Great people working to keep us feed. Thank you for your high quality service every time I go!

Had to edit my review. While the food remains good McDonald's in most of Michigan is one of the few fast food restaurants that still have not reopened for dine in or even just walk in take out service though restrictions have been lifted and they can currently do so. Drive through service has excessively long lines and wait times and I don't like food delivered. As a result, McDonald's for me has gone from a place I used to get food from quite often to just twice in the last year. If they would at least open the lobbies for walk in order and to go service that at least would bring me back. I find you get your food faster if you order it to go from inside the restaurant rather then a drive thru. Don't know why this is. Hopefully, there are others out there who share this opinion.

I ordered food from an online order and when I got home realized they didn’t give me all my food. I called and they said they would fix it and give me more food, after going through again when I got home they still didn’t give me what I ordered. I’m not sure how you mess up a order two times in a row after double checking with the customer what’s in the bag?

Seriously the best McDonald's in all of Holland! I work second shift and often visit before my drive home, around 245 am, near shift change for them. Because of this I usually do not have high expectations of the food or customer service, but whenever I visit THIS location I leave smiling! They are exceedingly friendly and my food is always hot and fresh. I go out of my way now to visit this location over the others. Great job, you guys! Thank You! You are appreciated!!
