Amazing as always
Always friendly, great customer service. Like to have an alternative to starbucks. Don't go often but more for a treat! My daughters love the whipped cream with sprinkles. We have recently moved away and wish there was a great Biggby in our new world! Will come back when we go back to visit .
My sister and I drove through this morning around 10:15 am on 1-2. The lady who took our order was short and not listening well. I order a hotcoco and they gave me a mocha when i went back to the window she was rude and I simply stated i ordered a hot coco and i believe this is coffee (which i dont drink it makes me sick) and she snapped no you ordered a peppermint mocha i said no i ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and she took it said i guess we will remake it slammed the widow came back and handed me a bland tasting drink said here shoved it at me and slammed the window. Very rude and will not be back! I am sorry your conversation with the other girl behind the counter was so much more important than the job you are being paid to do!
Perfect as always!! Love the salted caramel. Love the rewards program, can't wait to get my free drink next time!!
The teddy bear is great and the butter bear is better. Yum!
