After booking through this company and issues we had I would not go through them again or recommend them to anyone either. When the owner had me come in to resolve things he basically cut me off, passed the buck instead of a simple apology on their part that they should've done better.nI've traveleved to other countries and states, went through other travel agents and never had any issues. Had this agent checked the location of rental car, hours open and flight times we wouldn't have had to change our itinerary, pay an extra hotel night and make other arrangements to not miss our returning flight. Very disappointed that we went through this company. An expensive lesson learned for future travels.
