I have shopped here for many years now and spent thousands of dollars specifically at this store location. So I bought my mom a pair of ear rings for her birthday a few days ago in store, I had to order them to the store because they were out of stock. I called them Thursday and go there to pick them up because they said they were there over the phone, they ended up closing at 7 pm despite their google hours being open until 9 pm. I go in there today to be kicked out of the store for “not wearing a mask” when just literally two or three days ago I was just in there without one and no one said anything to me about it when I was “buying” something from them but today when I come in to pick it up all of a sudden it’s a huge problem. I even told them I have a medical condition and they straight up didn’t care. I asked them to bring it outside and they told me they would so I waited and she came outside to tell me it wasn’t in yet? When they just told me yesterday that it was and she went on to lecture me about how I should be careful going in stores with no mask on. Even downplayed my medical condition by comparing it to her asthma. I was told when I ordered the jewelry that it would be here by Wednesday, here it is Friday, still no ear rings. It’s very safe to say I will NEVER spend another penny here after the way I have been treated today. And on top of that since you guys could get into “so much” trouble for letting people inside your stores with no mask on, I’m going to go ahead and find out exactly how much by calling the hotline to report you guys for letting me in your store with no mask on a few days ago and without even asking me why I wasn’t wearing one or say anything about it at all. I’ll be sure to give them the exact day and time so they can check the cameras and find out who all is responsible for that. Consider it just me doing my part to stop the spread.

Will never do business there again! Manager was sarcastic, confrontational, and downright rude. They didn't honor a coupon the way it was stated and rather than try to help me find a good deal, or try to call and see if they could work out the deal I wanted, I was insulted in front of my son and threatened to call the police, even though I had made no threats, used no profane language, and was simply trying to get the deal I felt I was supposed to get. Only solution I was given was take it or leave it, or they tried to upsell me for 3x what I initially wanted to pay.

Everyone is so nice. Great staff. They will do anything they can to help the customer

So I dropped off a Tungsten Wedding Ring that we had already had replaced once because it literally came apart. I dropped it on a Thursday and they call me Monday to pick up my ring it was ready all is good. Then because of the distance we wasnt able to pick up the ring at that time So on Saturday I received another call and they stated the ring is out of warranty????? Why didn't they tell me that the day I brought it in to be sent off they got everything approved and the new ring came back but now I can't get it replace unless I pay $499. I dont think so I paid that once on a ring that we had for 1 year and fell apart and then another fell apart WHY would I pay that again. Oh and the manager that was on duty had the attitude of like no matter what I say goes.Needless to say Kay's has lost our business and my husband shopped there for every occasion and holiday and they made their last dollar from my family.
