Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy Jenison

Went to Hulst Jepsen after double knee surgery, for physical therapy. The staff at Jenison Mi. location is great, they were very attentive and friendly. I feel that they have made a big difference in my recovery time and helping me restore free movement in the knees again.nMany thanks to Courtney, techs Ryan, Jake, and McKenna for making this a pleasant experience. Grant and Courtney have put together a great staff and a convenient location.

So glad I found Hulst Jepsen in Jenison! After trying multiple things for hip pain a friend suggested I try PT and it has finally given me relief. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind and create a welcoming environment. Also they follow COVID protocols and ensure everyone is healthy before entering which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for physical therapy!

I am a patient at the Jenison location. Courtney and her staff are fabulous. Everyone has your best interest at heart and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. They walk you through different movements and how to do them correctly to get the most benefit so that you can recover from your injury as efficiently as possible. Ryan and Jake are always close by to lend a hand if needed or answer questions (and I can ask a lot of questions). I appreciate their compassion working with clients and their families. This team really works flawlessly together, and are a hoot (even Grant who tends to be on the quieter side). I’ve laughed at every session and appreciate the quality of their work along with how they are able to keep the atmosphere lighthearted. They uphold the Hulst Jepsen dozen which you can see posted on the wall.nnThe facility is very clean and well kept, your temperature is taken upon entry and a mask is required to comply with safe Covid practices. Every surface and instrument used is sanitized to ensure client safety. See the photos I posted to see for yourself.nnWhen it’s time to leave no worries, they ensure you are well prepared. You are walked through every exercise you need to perform at home before leaving. There is even an app that walks you through the movements with animations to ensure you know exactly what to do at home between sessions!

I never anticipated physical therapy to be something I'd look forward to, but I have had such an enjoyable experience at Hulst Jepsen Jenison! Physical therapist Courtney is genuine, friendly, and committed to helping you meet your goals. The rest of the staff are also dedicated and fun. With such a welcoming atmosphere, I confidently recommend Hulst Jepsen Jenison.
