I love the website, it's easier to use (and it was pretty easy before). Your rates are pretty great considering that if you never have use your insurance, it's a straight expense. You guys make that easier to deal with. I think I've had to use insurance 4 times in 40 years, (someone egged my truck, some road work being done did some minor damage, someone dropped a 2 x 4 from their truck on the interstate that hit my car and a deer jumped in front of me on the highway) so I know the feeling of paying for something that you might rarely if ever use.nnThanks for all you do and having such reasonable costs.nnBob Wine

My wife and i are both retirees from the insurance industry and understand company operations and many of the companies in today's market. We were excited to find out that Erie Insurance, a company we both respect professionally, was available to us in Kentucky. We were pleased with the rates quoted and with the knowledge demonstrated by Katie during the underwriting process. All the ingredients needed for a long term business relationship appear to be evident in this agency.

Prices are very good compared to other companies and everyone is super friendly. My only complaint is you can’t add or make any changes to your policy after hours by calling the 800# outside of that small complaint it’s a great place.
