Pretty much always have what I need. Better than a closer hardware store. Staff is always willing to help if you have questions.
I love this place. The staff is knowledgable and available. There is no shortage of help here. Andrew runs a very friendly store.
Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get the fellows name who helped me but I was going to purchase a milwaukee circular saw and he informed me that if I bought a combo kit with drill and impact driver, I would get the saw for free, plus two batteries/charger/and light. I wish I got his name so I could thank him.
My husband went to this “hardware store” to get a new shut off valve for our bathroom sink. No one there, he talked to 3 different people, could help him. They all said they didn’t have what he needed. He needed a shut off valve....not that hard people!! After the 3 left him standing in the plumbing isle, he found exactly what he needed and got it and left. Do people at this store get any kind of training??
Always helpful staff and have many things other hardware stores lack.
