I've been a customer of Gemmen's for 21 years. I recently rented floor sanding equipment to do a job 2 hours away. After running into a few hiccups along the way Andrew from Gemmen's worked with us and we were able to complete the project with great results. Thank you Gemmen's for superior service and quality products. I always get all my questions answered whenever in the store.
After dealing with a rude employee I tried to talk to the owner about it and he laughed it off and said thank you. I could understand an employee being like this but the owner. After this experiance I will never go back. So to Mr Gemmens you really could use a customer service class to learn how to treat people that has kept you business for so long
They always have what I need and are happy to help.
